Whitsunday Terraces Resort

Our stay was good, the room itself has been renovated and looks quite good. We were located directly above the pool with awesome views out over the Airlie Beach foreshore and main street. Bit of a hike up the steep hill after a couple but that was fine. After our departure I was informed that the cleaners could not locate room keys which were definitely left on the kitchen bench as instructed by the sign on the back of the entry door. Was a little frustrating to hear but thankfully was not charged for replacement. Maby a better system needs to be put into place in regards to departure and room key hand ins. In saying this I would stay again an recommend it to friends and family.

We had a great stay at Whitsunday terraces the view is breathtaking! The room was a bit dated could do with a bit of TLC, but certainly still acceptable. Kitchen could do with a few more facilities as there was only a microwave but no bowls or anything to use in it just your basic crockery and cutlery. We enjoyed the anchor bar and it was very local to town the hill helped us work off our cocktails! Staff very friendly and helpful we did enjoy our stay!

We loved our time at the terraces. The young woman at reception was extremely helpful, kind and warm at every interaction. The location is wonderful and close to everything in Airlie Beach. There is a bit of a hill to walk up to the accommodation from the beach, though our room was in the lower part which was ideal, and the terraces are lower on the hill than most other accommodation options! The main pool is lovely with beautiful views. The only downfall is that later in the week the bar/restaurant is open which is right beside the pool, attracting very large crowds overlooking the pool area - at this time we opted to use the other pool! Reception also provides extra towels for swimming! The rooms are exactly what is outlined on the website. Basic, everything you need and with a beautiful view of the ocean! I wish I knew your name (I blame baby brain), but a huge thank you to the woman at reception, you were lovely to deal with and we would absolutely come again!

Michelle and Danny who run the whitsunday terraces made our stay amazing, they were so helpful, lots of good recommendations and facilitating booking our trips. The accommodation was lovely, extremely spacious and the view was just stunning. On site pool and spa tub made morning and evening chilling out easy and pleasant. Very short walk into town, steep drive for the last 100m but gets you fit before a dip in the pool! :) If you're staying airlie beach, this is such a good place, hope to come back!!!

Parking is difficult. You have to pay extra for fresh towels Your room only gets cleaned when staying more than a week Room service was good and reception staff really friendly. Terrible room finish looks to be painted by a 2yr old No coffee machine or walk in shower aspictured. Rooms I understand are privately owned but this should be reflected in the price. We should have paid less.
